We run free weekly nature therapy sessions, consisting of a short introduction to nature therapy and why we do it, followed by 3 or 4 facilitated mindfulness exercises. In between the exercises, there is a chance to share how we found them.
We then have a drink and plant-based snacks and have a chat about nature connection, what it means to us, and any nature experience we’ve had that we want to share.
